eqp-luk Luminometer: The ATP assay process emits light in proportion to the amount of biomass present.

Standard Laboratory Equipment: As with most other laboratory protocols, LuminUltra’s test kits use micropipettors and test tube racks during the analysis. Consult the Laboratory Equipment Bundle (EQP-BUN) fact sheet for details.

Field Kit & Pipettor Package: This support equipment supplements the user's luminometer to remove the restriction of performing tests in a fixed location. Consult the Field Kit & Pipettor Package (EQP-PIP) fact sheet for details.

LumiFilter: For Quench-Gone applications that require extremely low-sensitivity, the LumiFilter (EQP-LMF) can help process larger volumes of sample.

Luminometer Standardization Kit (LSK): LuminUltra provides a full set of ATP standards (0.01ng/mL - 100ng/mL) in the form of the Luminometer Standardization Kit (LSK-5) that can be used to assess the full-range linearity of your luminometer and in some cases determine the upper and lower extents of reliable measurement. This can be done on an annual basis or whenever the linearity of your instrument is suspect (e.g. due to damage, recalibration, other service). Using this set of standards, LSK can verify the reliability of your instrument or reveal the point at which the value begins to drift.
