Each line of LuminUltra test kit contains a different combination of chemical reagents for performing ATP analyses. In addition to the test kit, you will need:

Luminometer: The ATP assay process emits light in proportion to the amount of biomass present. Please see the Kikkoman C-100 LumiTester (EQP-LUK) fact sheet for details.

Standard Laboratory Equipment: As with most other laboratory protocols, LuminUltra’s test kits use micropipettors and test tube racks during the analysis. Consult the Laboratory Equipment Bundle (EQP-BUN) fact sheet for details.

Disposable Equipment Bundle: Disposable pipette tips and test tubes are recommended to avoid cross-contamination issues. Consult the Disposable Equipment Bundle (DIS-SBUN/DIS-LBUN) for details.
