QuenchGone Modified (QGO-M)
The Quench-Gone Organic Modified test protocol uses a filtration-based method to concentrate microorganisms on a filter and extracting their ATP. QGO-M is built on the same premise as QGA in terms of increased sensitivity and removal of interferences through filtration but includes additional provisions to remove interference caused by the presence of organics. This proves invaluable in organics-laden samples such as metalworking fluids and fuels.
