John Tillotson
Mr. Tillotson, CEO of Microbe Detectives, is a highly accomplished executive, entrepreneur and market strategist, with a 25 year award winning career in water treatment, environmental science & technology, cloud software and data communications. In addition to his role with Microbe Detectives, Mr. Tillotson is a coach for The Water Council’s BREW start-up accelerator program. During his tenure in corporate marketing at Nalco Chemical Company, now owned by Ecolab, Mr. Tillotson was awarded Marketer of The Year in 1998 and 2000, Chairman’s Achievement Award in 2000 and Grand Prize Suez Innovation Awards in 2001 for his achievements commercializing multi-million dollar technology platforms. He holds an M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Tufts University.
