Accounting Clerk
LuminUltra is currently recruiting for an Accounting Clerk to join the Finance Team for a 6-month contract.
Job Description
As a key member of LuminUltra’s Finance Team, the Accounting Clerk will have the following responsibilities:
- Accounts payable, accounts receivable, disbursements and receipts.
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Assist in completion of month-end report delivery.
- Preparing analysis of accounts and producing monthly reports.
- Enter, maintain, reconcile, and control vendor and/or customer accounts.
- Other duties as assigned.
As the ideal candidate, you possess the following qualifications and skills:
- College Diploma or equivalent certification or a combination of training and experience in accounting.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using accounting platforms such as SAGE-50.
- Experience using CRM software.
