Accounting Clerk

LuminUltra is currently recruiting for an Accounting Clerk to join the Finance Team.

Job Description

As a key member of LuminUltra’s Finance Team, the Accounting Clerk will have the following responsibilities:

  • Accounts payable, accounts receivable, disbursements and receipts.
  • Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
  • Assist in completion of month-end report delivery.
  • Preparing analysis of accounts and producing monthly reports.
  • Enter, maintain, reconcile, and control vendor and/or customer accounts.
  • Other duties as assigned.


As the ideal candidate, you possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • College Diploma or equivalent certification or a combination of training and experience in accounting.
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role. Seeking applications from candidates with varied levels of experience.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using accounting platforms such as SAGE-50.
  • Experience using CRM software.
