Logistics Coordinator

LuminUltra is currently recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator to join the Supply Chain Team.

Job Description

As a key member of LuminUltra’s Supply Chain Team, the Logistics Coordinator will have the following responsibilities:

  • Execute transportation for all US fulfilled day to day global shipments.
  • Liaison with Warehouse and Customer Experience teams for sales order optimization.
  • Analyze shipment to delivery data identifying areas of operation for improvement.
  • Analyze freight COGS against freight revenue.
  • Data entry and manipulation to support purchasing, production, warehouse management, fulfillment, and other related functions.
  • Drive capacity-building activities to improve throughput and profitability.
  • Research trade and logistics requirements.
  • Assist with required planning/inventory requirements.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with company’s Delegation of Authority (DOA) policy and procedures.
  • Maintain strong relationships with all internal customers.
  • Maintain, organize, and store company files and records.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

As the ideal candidate, you possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, equivalent certification, or combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer service, warehouse, or supply chain positions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP, CRM, and accounting software platforms.
