Frequently asked questions
Is there any change to my test kits?
We have recently made updates to our 2nd Generation ATP test kits, but their functionality remains the same, and they operate consistently across either platform. There is no issue running your current test kits on your new analyzer.
What happens to my PhotonMaster warranty?
Existing warranties remain in effect. If a warranty claim arises during your transition, our team will guide you through next steps to maintain continuity.
I’d like to upgrade more than one device.
We can work with our current clients to do larger volume deals and trade ins. You can work directly with your Account Manager to get started.
How do launch incentives and retirement credits work?
Eligible PhotonMaster customers can access a launch incentive, with optional retirement credits available for functional legacy units. Specific details are reviewed with your account manager based on your configuration.
