Content Highlights:

Most commonly used MWF condition monitoring tests produce results within minutes. MWF concentration, pH, alkalinity, total dissolved solids (conductivity), tramp oil concentration and dirt-load each can be tested in less than five minutes. However, one must typically wait for one or more days for even the fastest-growing microbes to produce a visible colony when testing metalworking fluids. As such, ATP monitoring represents a tremendous improvement in fluid management capabilities by enabling assessement and troubelshooting of contamination events during the same visit. This document outlines the economic opportunities that this capability presents.

Who Will Benefit:

– Fluid compounders

– Chemical technicians

– Production end users
